Hotel Real Alma Oaxaca, Oaxaca

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, with lots of dining options nearby, but the room I got was a letdown as it had no windows and was not what I booked. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which was a definite highlight. The amenities were decent, yet I wasn't too thrilled with the value considering some aspects of my room.

The hotel is well-located right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore. I found the rooms to be basic but functional, and the AC worked great, which was a relief. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who made my stay enjoyable, especially after my long bus trip. However, the rooms could have been a bit bigger for my family, especially with a baby bed. Overall, it’s a decent place for the price, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
